Our Mission: To improve the quality of life for people at risk of losing their independence.
Meeting a Growing Need In Indiana alone, the number of Hoosiers age 65 and over will grow 30 percent over the next 20 years. As a result, LifeStream faces the challenge of growing to meet the projected needs of an aging population.
Caring for Your Loved Ones From meal delivery and in-home care to transportation and caregiver support, LifeStream is a lifeline for our aging and disabled population and those who love them.
