LifeStream Services is an award-winning non-profit that provides products, services and help to older adults, disabled individuals, their families and their communities in East Central Indiana. We offer a wide array of quality products and services to help people with independent living solutions.

Our agency helps more than 15,000 people each year with such services as meals, transportation, in-home care, housing, caregiver support, guardianship and much more.

The 5-year accreditation, means LifeStream's 2-1-1 Center adheres to the highest standards and is one of only about 80 information and referral systems out of 1,200 in the United States and Canada achieving this level of recognition.
