The Senior Study Project conducted by LifeStream Services, Fisher Institute for Wellness and Gerontology and the United Way of Delaware County focuses on needs in the areas of transportation, housing and healthcare/wellness in Delaware County, IN. The study involved more than 1,000 individuals, businesses, focus groups and public sessions. The WHITE PAPER on the study is now available for review, discussion and distribution.
