The mission of Quality Improvement is to anticipate the needs, and exceed the expectations of our clients, employees, and stakeholders, and to deliver superior service to each on a day-to-day basis, improving the quality of life and independence.

Our Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) program includes in-depth training for employees, policy adherence and review procedures and consistent encouragement to improve in everything we do.
