The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides fresh, unprepared, locally grown fruits, vegetables, and edible herbs to income-eligible seniors. To be eligible for SFMNP, one must be a senior 60 or over, or a designated disabled person enrolled at select Area Agency on Aging programs in Indiana. Please check SFMNP Income Guidelines to determine if you are eligible for this program.
Those that are eligible for this program will receive SFMNP checks to buy fresh, locally grown produce from authorized growers at authorized locations.
