Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating administrative functions of the organization in support of policies, goals, and objectives established for care management, options counseling, ADRC, care transitions, managed care, information & assistance, adult guardianship services, preadmission screening, caregiver, nutrition, and transportation. Work involves program administration, management accountability, strategic planning, fiscal analysis & projection and program growth as outlined by the President/CEO and the Board of Directors.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferable; ten years working in the social services sector, five years managing people, and a working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPPAA.
