We provide lunches on a donation basis (suggested donation of $2.50 for ages 60 and over) at our Senior Cafes in East Central Indiana. Meals are for those age 60 and older and their spouse, though those younger than 60 can have lunch for $6.50 a meal. Farmers Market Vouchers
The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides fresh, unprepared, locally grown fruits, vegetables, and edible herbs to income-eligible seniors who are over the age of 60.
Please review the 2019 SFMNP Income Guidelines to determine if you are income eligible for this program – Full details found at SFMNP Income Guidelines.
Those that are eligible for this program will receive SFMNP checks to buy fresh, locally grown produce from authorized growers at authorized locations.

Home Delivered Meals
We can deliver meals right to your door if you live in East Central Indiana. In fact, we deliver more than 160,000 meals to our clients’ doors each year. Homebound individuals ages 60 and older might qualify to receive a meal at home on a donation basis. Meals are available for delivery for anyone for $8.25. LifeStream has programs available to promote health and wellness among seniors, people with disabilities and their caregivers. These include the evidence-based wellness programs, nutrition awareness, home safety, our annual Aging Well conference and caregiver support. HomeMeds – Medication Management is a free review of all your medications by a trained professional. If you answer yes to some or all of the questions below, you may benefit from a review:
- You see multiple doctors or fill prescriptions at multiple pharmacies.
- You take over-the-counter drugs or supplements.
- You have recently experienced a fall, dizziness, or unusual confusion.
- You have recently been to the ER or hospital.
- You take blood thinners or diabetes medication.
