What We Do

LifeStream Services is a nationally accredited, award-winning non-profit that offers a variety of programs and services to help people at risk of losing their independence, their families, and their communities in East Central Indiana.

Last year alone, LifeStream touched the lives of 19,933 older adults and people with disabilities by helping them remain independent through programs and services including transportation, in-home care management, home-delivered meals, senior cafes, caregiver support, guardianship, information and referrals, and much more.

LifeStream is governed by a Board of Directors and several advisory councils including, Guardianship, Transportation, and Quality Housing Development. Members of the Board and Advisory Councils come from across the 12 counties LifeStream serves and provide insight in meeting the needs of our clients in East Central Indiana.

Our staff includes nearly 100 full- and part- time employees who are devoted to our mission of improving the quality of life for people at risk of losing their independence. We do everything according to our core values: excellence, compassion, collaboration, and effectiveness.
